Federico joined Amrop in 2005 and is a Partner and Director of Amrop Perú, Panamá and Brasil leading search assignments for senior executives and board members for national and international companies.

He has previously been part of Amrop's Global Board for 9 years, past Chairman of the Global Board, ex-Vice Chair of the Americas and former member of Amrop’s Membership Committee.

Currently, Federico develops relationships with global clients, based in the USA and Panama, to serve them with their searches in countries where Amrop has presence. He is also part of the Amrop Spain team as a Partner, where his experience will be valuable in the growth of this new office.

He holds a BBA degree in Accounting at the Eastern Michigan University, USA, an MBA degree at the Universidad Adolfo Ibañez, Chile, and holds postgraduate degrees from Escuela Superior de Administración de Negocios (ESAN), Universidad de Piura and Harvard Business School.

Prior to joining Amrop he has 30 years of experience in agriculture, consumer products, digital, financial services, industrial, infrastructure, natural resources, non-for-profit, property/real estate, professional services, tourism & leisure industries. 

Federico has been independent board member of large national and international companies and NGOs.

Currently he is Member of the Investment Committee of Apoyo Capitales and of the Advisory Board of LLorente y Cuenca, and Director of Endeavor Peru and Angel Ventures, and Chairman of the Board of MCK Osaka Restaurants and Winnipeg Capital.

He has four children. Among his hobbies he enjoys traveling, reading, playing the saxophone and drums. He is a sports and outdoor activities fan.
